Vitamins (E, D, A), amino acids (tryptophan, threonine, methionine, leucine, valine, isoleucine, and others), polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega 6, Omega 3) and monounsaturated fatty acids (Omega 9), sphingolipids, cerebrosides.
