Mustard oil is a vegetable oil obtained by pressing mustard seeds. The oil has a positive effect on blood composition and cardiovascular functions. It contains complex substances: vitamins that reduce capillary permeability, strengthening blood vessels and increasing their elasticity. These substances also prevent inflammatory processes in the circulatory system.
Mustard oil is a source of substances (chlorophyll, vitamins E and B6) involved in the synthesis of hemoglobin, and therefore it is particularly useful to include in the diet in anemia.
